Can I cancel my account at anytime?

Yes. No lock in contracts means you can cancel your account at anytime.

Can I bring my own carrier accounts?

Sure! You can even set this up yourself from inside the app. Since we don’t own the accounts, these bookings won't be covered by our Customer Happiness team.

What is your support like?

We have Australian support agents ready to help and keep your deliveries on track. Queries are generally answered within the hour during business hours, Mon-Fri.

What happens if I go over my monthly limit?

With the exception of the Start Plan, you don’t need to upgrade your plan for temporary sales spikes. We’ll simply charge you for additional bookings made during your billing period.

Can I link multiple accounts together?

Yes. You can easily combine multiple accounts so they can be managed with just one login.

What payment methods are required?

Billing for shipping and software is by credit card only. High volume clients, please get in touch for separate arrangements.

Business Goals

Having grown the business into a well known and loved brand, IN BED needed to find a shipping solution that would save them time and money so they could continue to focus on creating amazing products and experiences for their loyal customers.

Pain Points

  • Shipping Costs: With every significant increase in AusPost’s parcel delivery rates, IN BED needed to make a choice between charging customers more for delivery or wear the impact on profit margins.
  • Missed Deliveries: At the mercy of Australia Post’s prepaid satchel service, IN BED customers were unable to track the progress of their delivery. For a great portion of customers, the experience often ended in a missed delivery.
  • Customer Complaints: Customer enquiries led to IN BED needing to launch investigations with AusPost direct to investigate the whereabouts of missing parcels, meaning loads of time spent waiting for an answer and dealing with irate customers.
