Are there any restrictions with Shippit Returns?
Currently we support returns for domestic orders within Australia.
To offer drop-off as a return delivery option, merchants must have an Australia Post account with an eParcel Post Returns code (weight restrictions apply).
To offer courier pick up as a return delivery option, merchants can use Shippit’s discounted rates with Fastway, Allied and Couriers Please. ‘Bring your own’ rates are currently unavailable for pick-ups.

How much does it cost?
The Returns API is currently available as an optional ‘add-on’ on our Empower and Enterprise plans. You'll be charged a small fee for every return request, plus any return shipping costs you incur if you use courier pick-up. For more information, visit our pricing page.
